About Jam & Butter Bakery

Hi, I’m Jamie Philipson, the founder and baker behind Jam & Butter Bakery. I started this sweet adventure in January 2025, but the journey began a bit earlier, back in August 2024. That’s when I created my very first sourdough starter and began baking homemade sourdough bread in my kitchen. The joy of creating something from scratch sparked my passion for baking, and I couldn’t stop experimenting with new recipes.

What started with sourdough quickly evolved into a love for cakes, cupcakes, and other sweet treats. I began crafting unique goodies like cake pops, cakesicles, chocolate-covered Oreos, and chocolate-covered pretzels—each one made with care and the finest ingredients.

Jam & Butter Bakery is the result of my love for baking and creating delicious moments. Every treat I make is inspired by the joy that comes from sharing something sweet with others. Whether it's a special celebration or a simple indulgence, I’m here to bring a little extra sweetness to your day.
